Texas
I followed Jesse Domingue to Port Arthur, Texas to play with Herbie Stutes, we played all over Southeast Texas. I started recording on my own record label Falcon Records while living in Texas.
You can hear these songs on my new CD release
Songs Of Yesterday . I had the honor to have Freddie
Fender cut
I Can't Take Losing Here Anymore back in the early eighties. I stayed in Texas a few more years and then moved back to Lafayette, Louisiana.
Sonny Bourg
When I moved back home I started playing with
Sonny Bourg and The Bayou Blues Band . I played with Sonny for ten years off and on. This was a good opportunity since Sonny played mostly private parties for the Oil Field around Louisiana, Mississippi and Southeast Texas. When I wasn't playing with Sonny I was playing with my band Bayou Express. I even tried my hand at running sound for Alex
Broussard at the Ranch Club. This gave me the chance to run sound for some of the biggest Country Stars like
George Jones, John Anderson, Vern Gosdin And Etc . I quit playing except for Sundays with Leroy Broussard, playing mostly French music, but this wasn't enough so back to Beaumont, Texas.
1989
I found myself back in Texas, this time I played with Jesse Stuart and several other local bands, but I always seem to find myself back with Herbie Stutes. Herbie and Jerry Stutes who owned a club called
The Starlite Club in Kountze, Texas. Which was the inspiration for one of my songs on my first CD Down From The Bayou I played with Herbie up until 1995 and then I put playing music on the back
burner to further my writing. I would like to take time to thank the guys who made playing music so much fun. It was a
Blast..........
Killer Records
When Mailing out demo's, I met Tommy Dee of Killer Records out of Nashville, Tn. He saw something in one of my songs Hello Baby and decided to come out with a single on the Killer Label back in May of 1998. I owe Tommy Dee many thanks for believing in me and my songs, if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be living in Nashville, Tenn. and pursuing my song writing.

2001

I'm half way finished with my new CD which is called Cajun On The Run . There's a little country,
swamp pop and rhythm and blues. I enjoy writing songs and telling stories and the songs relate to a
lot of folks out there. I'm just an old bar room cheating song writer. Ya'll pass a good time and
if you're ever in Nashville you might just hear one of my songs.
